Mark Rich

Senior Pastor

Mark Rich has been blessed to serve as the Pastor of Thompsonville First Baptist Church (TFBC) since July 2022. Before moving to Illinois, Mark served as the Pastor of First Baptist Church in Gatesville, Texas, and as a Youth Pastor in several churches throughout central Texas. He has a Master of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark’s wife, Christi, and son, Drew, serve alongside him in ministry. He loves spending quality time with his family, drinking coffee, relaxing with a good book, as well as hunting and fishing. He is passionate about doing life with others and helping them to understand what a relationship with God looks like and how to live a life that is loving Jesus and striving to live like Him.
